From board to your door

Manufacturing

A Koppar design ends in something a fab and an assembler accept: a bill of materials priced from real stock, fab files released only when KiCad finds nothing wrong, and a handoff to the manufacturer you pick.

Released only when the board is clean

Gerbers, drill files, IPC-2581, ODB++ and the order package come out only when KiCad reports zero DRC errors and nothing unconnected. A board that is close is not shipped as done: you get the DRC report and the open nets, and the studio's agent works on it with you.

Pick a manufacturer

AISLER
One click, no AISLER account needed. The board files (Gerbers, drills, ODB++, a netlist) and the part placement are uploaded, and you land on your project on AISLER to pick options and order.
PCBWay
A live board quote in the studio from PCBWay’s partner API, so the order total includes the boards. The order is placed and paid on PCBWay with the files; assembly is added on PCBWay’s side.
JLCPCB
The order package for JLCPCB’s assembly service: Gerbers, a pick-and-place file and an assembly BOM that already carries LCSC part numbers, so the parts match without a manual search. Basic-library parts are preferred, since every extended part adds a setup fee.
Any other fab
Gerbers, IPC-2581, ODB++, pick and place and an assembly BOM in the common CSV formats: the files every fab and assembler reads, MacroFab included.

Nothing is sent anywhere without you: every handoff starts from your click, after you confirm the upload.
